OUR CONTRACT
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the moment you submit your order by clicking the “Place your order” button. After submitting an order to us we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. Please note that this information is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when you receive an email to confirm payment has been received. We may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know. When deciding whether or not to accept your order we or our payment processing partner may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference and fraud detection agencies. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details see ‘Delivery’ below). The total cost of your order is the price of the products you order plus the applicable delivery charge. All costs and discounts will be set out clearly before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate however, occasionally errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice to you. We accept payment by the cards listed on the payment page. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
By using a discount code, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Any violation may result in the cancellation of the discount and/or other actions deemed necessary by the issuing party.
1. The use of discount codes are subject to availability and may be limited to specific products, services, or promotional periods.
2. Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offers, unless explicitly stated.
3. Unless explicitly stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
4. Each discount code is valid for a single use per customer unless otherwise specified , discount codes are intended for one-time use only.
5. Discount codes are applicable only at the time of checkout on the designated platform or website and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
6. The expiration date of each discount code is specified upon issuance, and no extensions will be granted.
7. The misuse or unauthorised distribution of discount codes may result in the suspension or termination of the associated user account.
8.Any abuse or violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of the order and a prohibition on future use of discount codes.
9. The issuing party reserves the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time without prior notice.
10. In the event of a refund for a purchase made using a discount code, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The decision of Tribal Pet Foods regarding any aspect of the promotion is final.
We have no affiliation with third party companies offering discount codes or promotions, and that any offer or discount would come directly from Tribal Pet Foods via email, on our social media or directly on tribalpets.com/uk. Please contact us at hello@tribalpets.com before completing your order at the checkout if you have any concerns regarding discounts.
DELIVERY
Your delivery address must be located within the United Kingdom. Normally, deliveries will take between two and five working days and we do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish Islands.
Deliveries will need to be signed for. It is your responsibility to ensure you are home or able to collect the item if the courier was unable to find you at home. If you are not at home and delivery was not possible, we reserve the right to apply further delivery charges should you require us to re-send your item. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
DELIVERY FEES
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Once you have added products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate charge will be added automatically and shown on the subsequent invoice page. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. If you add additional items, please double check the delivery charge by clicking ‘Re-calculate’.
FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £36
Your purchase is shipped via DPD Couriers Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays) and sent the same day if your order is placed before 3pm on weekdays or before 2pm on weekends (subject to stock availability). We offer free next working day delivery on orders over £36, Monday to Friday, on all orders to the UK mainland. Orders under £36 will be charged £6.29 for delivery. We offer weekend, Saturday and Sunday, delivery at £6.29 to the UK mainland.
DPD Couriers will notify you by text on the day of delivery with a 1 hour time slot if you have provided us with a mobile number on your order. Please remember that deliveries may need to be signed for. It is your responsibility to ensure you are home or able to collect the item if the courier was unable to find you at home. We will happily send your purchase to a workplace or neighbour.
Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scotland and the Scottish Islands.
SHIPPING SURCHARGES
Due to the gross weight and size of some of the products we sell, for example cat litter, we reserve the right to add a shipping and handling fee to your order’s total. This simply reflects the additional costs incurred from DPD and will be automatically calculated at checkout. Orders qualifying for free delivery will also be liable to incur additional fees..
