The journey to being carbon neutral means doing things differently, so we’ve started by working to reduce our waste.

When you order online from us, it’s packed in FSC-certified boxes, padded with re-used shredded cardboard, then sealed with paper tape to ensure the whole package is recyclable.

Reducing waste is just one part of the journey. We’re working with Sustainable Advantage to offset our carbon emissions through increasing carbon capture and reforesting the earth.

WORKING TOWARDS A CIRCULAR ECONOMY

All our bags are 100% recyclable and reusable to help reduce the amount of waste ending up in landfill.

Most compostable and biodegradable bags are typically made from potato or corn starch. They’re only compostable in special industrial composters and require very specific conditions, so a lot end up in landfill anyway.

And until recently, pet food bags were made with a metallic layer, making them impossible to recycle.

We've partnered with several eco-friendly retailers, including Pets Corner, who’ll happily take your bags and make sure they're recycled properly.

Look for the recyclable logo number four at local pet shops, supermarkets or check with your local authority about recycling collections.

RECYCLING OUR PACKAGING

Here’s a quick guide to recycling our food packaging. All of our cold pressed and treat bags can be recycled with your plastic bags at the supermarket or with conscious retailers like Pets Corner.
