COMPETITION TERMS

Tribal X Adios November 2023 Competition

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1. The Tribal Pet Foods Competition (the "Competition") is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees of Tribal Pet Foods and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

2.1. To enter the Competition, participants must purchase a bag of either Tribal Rewards or Tribal Trainers treats.
2.2. Each bag purchased constitutes one entry into the Competition.
2.3. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can submit; each bag purchased is considered a separate entry.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

3.1. The Competition begins on 15th November 2023 and ends on 11.59pm on the 15th December 2023 (the "Entry Period").
3.2. The winner will be announced and contacted on the 16th December 2023.

4. PRIZE

4.1. There will be seven (7) winners in total. Each winner will receive a year's supply of poo bags, consisting of 52 rolls, with an approximate retail value of £78.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. WINNER SELECTION

5.1. The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
5.2. The drawing will take place on the 16th December 2023.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

6.1. The seven (7) winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry within seven days of the drawing.
6.2. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. PUBLICITY

7.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

8. DATA PROTECTION

8.1. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

9. GENERAL

9.1. Tribal Pet Foods reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

10. AGREEMENT TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

10.1. Entry into the Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10.2. By participating in the Tribal Pet Foods Competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Tribal Pet Foods reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and apply them at its sole discretion.
